标题: 气体使用安全常识

1.工业气体在运输和装卸过程中，应轻装轻卸，严禁剧烈碰撞。使用前应按要求将合格的气体减压阀连接到气体钢瓶上，并清洁连接软管。

2.不同气体的气瓶使用时不要使用同一减压器。

3.不同气体的钢瓶，严禁混装和交叉使用。

4.烧焊时，应对气体和电气设施采取适当的保护措施。不要使用损坏的设备，如软管、电缆及焊枪等。

5.不应在密闭的空间使用惰性气体（如氮气、氩气、一氧化碳等）进行试验分析、烧焊、低温冷藏、吹除等。

6.在有可能造成回流的使用场合，使用设备上必须配备防止回流倒灌的装置，如单向阀、止回阀、阻火器等。

7.所有使用乙炔瓶的用户，必须在减压器出口部分装单向阀和阻火器以防止回流和回火，同时有氧气瓶的减压器出口部位接单向阀以防止乙炔回流。

8.在使用乙炔时，所有减压器、焊枪、软管及乙炔瓶用肥皂水进行试漏，以防止乙炔气在空气中聚集。

9.瓶内气体不得用尽，应按规定保留与哦一定的余压。

10.气瓶必须存放在阴凉通风且较为干燥的地方，远离电器及各种热源，可燃性气体气瓶或氧气瓶附近严禁吸烟，气瓶不应接触到火花、火焰、热气及电路。

11.实瓶和空瓶分开存放，并有明显的标志，各种气体分类分开存放。

12.各种气瓶严禁沾污任何油脂类物质。
