In Oct. 2006, our company applied for the State “863” 11^th Five-Year plan program “The Network Micro-System with Facing to Safety Monitoring and Tracking” associated with Dalian Tech. University, CIMC, Haerbin Institute of Tech., Qinghua University and so on, and this was successfully approved, and its acceptance was completed in Sep. 2011.
As the supporting institution of this project, on one hand, our company prepared corresponding standard gas to detect the MEMS according to the type of the gas sensor made by the developer of the project, in order to ensure the quality of the sensor. On the other hand, as the application enterprise of the gas sensor, we are in charge of demonstrating for the MEMS.
