“Automatic distribution device of multi-component standard gas” obtained the patent in Oct. 2009. This device realized automatic filling of the component gas, reduced the error which caused by manual operation, ensured the veracity of the magnitude, and avoided the waste of the raw material caused by adding excessively. It also improved working efficiency, saved time and effort. If the valves are not closed at the same time in production procedures, the leakage of component gas may occur. This device may remove this potential risk and ensure the safety in production.
“alkali absorption and purification device of NO” obtained the patent in Oct. 2009. This device can monitor alkali ion concentration at any time and control it in a reasonable range to achieve the best removal effect of Impurity and avoid the waste of lye caused by unreasonable using. Meanwhile, it can ensure the liquid quantity in the retort in a state of equilibrium all along and avoid the monitoring inaccuracy of Ion concentration caused by the too high or too low liquid level. The whole process can be monitored remotely by computers and is simply and efficient to operate.
“Adsorption purification device of ethylene in low temperature” obtained the patent in Oct. 2009. This device has simple structure, and is easy to install. It realized low temperature adsorption. It not only has a good adsorption ability of propylene, but also has no affection of ethylene. Thus purification effect can reach up to 99.995％. When the adsorption is finished, it can process adsorbent regeneration through simple operation, which greatly reduces the cost.
“Freezing device of gas in low temperature” obtained the patent in Sep. 2010. This device has simple manufacturing craft. It can reduce the loss of liquid cold amount successfully in the productive process and ensure the safety. Meanwhile, this device can collect and recycle the volatile nitrogen, in order to reduce the waste of resources. The design of the pipeline with liquid nitrogen guarantees the complement of liquid nitrogen in the device at any time. The gas cylinders are fastened up in the device, and got frozen uniformly.
“Cylinder drying oven” obtained the patent in Sep. 2010. The application of this device makes the operators see the cylinder valve’s temperature in the control system directly, which can effectively avoid the damage of the cylinder valve for high temperature and ensure personal safety. We increased the number of cooling fans to speed up the cooling speed in the drying oven, so as to improve working efficiency.

The device is easy to operate, of no dangers, doesn’t need any manual operation, and also can ensure that the gas in the cylinder be mixed fully and uniformity. It makes the standard gas performance stable and reliable. Meanwhile, it can shorten the blending time ( 5~10 min ) greatly. It realized the blending process with two cylinders at the same time and improved working efficiency.
