We have solid technical strength and rich experience of gas preparation. The Sartorius electronic scale imported from Germany is used to metage the component weight of calibration gas. Its peak load is 151Kg and its readability can be up to 1g. It has the advantages of higher accuracy and less errors.
Our company has standard gas production base, According to the types and natures of different gases, we adopt advanced production equipments to mix different kinds of gases, including mineral equipment, organic matter equipment, nitric oxides equipment, corrosive gasand poison gas equipment etc. The accuracy of the gas preparation is thus ensured by perfect devices and equipments. Standard gas composition concentration index by percentage is improved to PPM level, even to the PPB level.
In order to constantly improve the technical force of our company, we have set up a research and development center, which concentrates on the research of the preparation technology of multi-component trace level standard gas and the purification technology of the high purity gases, and have made remarkable achievements.
Regarding the principle of “ Health, Safety, Environmental Protection” , and according to the national laws and rules, we made rules of deposit and transport productions. Meanwhile, we have set up perfect system of inventory and transportation and operational rules. The area of store of our company is around 2000 square meters. In order to turn over production to consumers, we have several trucks and vans for goods delivery and have become experienced in delivering dangerous products. We also set up special storerooms and trucks for the delivery of dangerous goods and appoint professional technicians in each branch to ensure that all products can arrive at the destinations safely and in time.
